Hi, I am Ksenia

I have spent the last 15 years calling the US home while traveling around the world. After graduating from the prestigious Le Courdon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco I began my career at Michael Mina’s Michelin Star awarded restaurant in San Francisco.

I honed my pastry skills at Bouchon Bakery In New York City, eventually leaving to start my own private catering company.

I believe that everything should be beautiful, and my particular forte lies in crafting elegant dinners in unforgettable settings in the New York area.

I’m passionate about crafting special events and collaborations that bring brands to life. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of creating unique dining experiences for brands like Rubelli Group, Verso, Eddie Bauer, Jacadi, Hudson Wilder, Rhythm Zero, Mondrian Hotels, and many more. Each event is thoughtfully designed to align with the brand’s messaging, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

One example is the edible hiking trail I created for Eddie Bauer’s launch event, perfectly capturing the spirit of their outdoor sports brand. Every collaboration is an opportunity to tell a story through food and atmosphere, creating moments that resonate with guests and amplify the brand’s vision.
